CB Richard Ellis übernimmt Retail Immobilienberatung Michael Peddar & Company in Großbritannien

- Handelsimmobilienspezialist ist führender Berater der internationalen Luxusmarken
- CBRE baut damit Marktführerschaft in Großbritannien weiter aus

Das Immobilienberatungsunternehmen CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) übernimmt die Michael Peddar & Company, eine auf den Einzelhandelssektor in Großbritannien spezialisierte Immobilienberatung. Das Unternehmen ist auf die Beratung von Retailern im Luxussegment fokussiert und wurde 1984 gegründet. Michael Peddar hat führende Handelskonzepte aus den USA, Italien, Frankreich und Japan bei ihrem Markteintritt in den Londoner Markt betreut. Zu den Kunden des Unternehmens gehören u.a. Prada, DKNY, LK Bennett, Space NK, Mulberry, Michael Kors, Armani, Chanel, Reiss und Links of London. Ebenso wurde aber auch die Expansion des US-Bekleidungsunternehmens GAP Inc. nach London 1985 begleitet.

Dieser Transaktion im Bereich Retail sind die Übernahmen der Euro Mall Centre Mangement im Juni dieses Jahres in der Region Zentral- und Osteuropa und der Espansione Commerciale in Italien 2008 vorausgegangen.
